＜Returns and exchanges requested by customers＞
Items before shipping: You may cancel your order by contacting our customer support.
Items after shipping: Unopened and unused items in their original packaging may be returned or exchanged within 10 days (Japan) or 20 days (international) of the order date. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

＜Returns and exchanges for defective goods＞
Please contact customer support at 090-4070-8806 or info@az-teas.co.jp. If the product is defective or incorrect, we will replace it or issue a refund at our expense.
