Prime Nuwara Eliya is made from rare high-grade pesticide-free FBOPF Extra Special grade spring harvested tea leaves that are representative of the Nuwara Eliya region, which is the highest of the five major tea-producing regions of Ceylon at altitudes higher than 1900 meters.

The tea has a light amber “champagne” color, characteristic of alpine teas, with a high aroma and a light muscat flavor.
